-
45 or more days before the camp start date, 50% of the camp fee will be refunded OR receive a voucher for the amount of the camp fee to be used for future camps.
-
44-14 days before the camp start date, receive a voucher for the amount of the camp fee to be used for future camps.
-
13, or fewer, days before camp start date, no refunds or vouchers will be issued.

This policy might feel a little strong, and we thought long and hard about these terms. Planning begins months prior to the first day of camp and we incur expenses with an expectation of filling our roster. Our cancellation policy ensures we can continue to run a top notch camp, include high quality materials, and hire great staff!
Participant behavior
Storybook Explorers Summer Camp considers the safety and enjoyment of all campers a top priority.
-
If the safety of staff, campers, or property is at risk, the camper will be removed from class immediately and sent home.
-
If a behavior issue occurs, camp staff will redirect campers.
-
If the behavior continues, campers will be removed from the classroom and parents will be called. Camp staff, parent, and camper will work together to problem-solve the situation and create a behavior plan for the camper so they can return to camp.
-
If behavior issues continue, the camper will be removed from class and sent home for the day.
-
If it is determined that a resolution cannot be met, Storybook Explorers Summer Camp reserves the right to remove a child from camp.
NOTE: Because of our camper to staff ratio, we are not able to provide the kind of one-on-one support that some students receive at school. If your child would benefit from this type of support, we are happy to have your child’s PCAs or other professional adult helpers join them at camp. To arrange specific accommodations, it’s best to contact us ahead of time so that we can work together to ensure a successful camp experience. Please reach out to us if you have further questions.
Photo release
Registration for camp implies permission to use photographs of students for promotional purposes as well as sharing with camp families. Children will not be identified by name in promotional materials.
Emergency Transportation
If a child requires emergency medical attention, transport to the nearest medical facility will be permitted.
Drop off + Pick Up
